Returns
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund to your credit card. Items must be unused, unwashed and with the original tags. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns made after 30 days will only be eligible for a store credit. We cannot accept returns from items that were purchased through one of our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. Gifts received from an online purchase can only be exchanged for another item.

For your protection, we recommend that you return all items through a traceable carrier such as USPS (request delivery confirmation), UPS or FedEx. Bungalow BeBe is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Credit will be issued when the item has been returned and will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase.
